Since both parties have goals in mind, we pay close attention to every detail of the transaction for a smooth process from vetting to closing.  This includes analyzing a "win-win" deal, submitting a complete loan package, monitoring the progress of the transaction, promptly exchanging information between the parties to avoid delays, and facilitating the final closing of the deal. After the closing, we will evaluate the process with both our borrower and lender representatives to determine if there were any measures that could have been executed more efficiently.
